If you subscribe to Fuel Daddy Premium:

• Your subscription is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• We may collect a subscription status identifier to verify premium features
• Payment information is handled entirely by Apple - we never see your payment details

2.4 Push Notifications (Premium only)

If you enable price-drop notifications:

• You must grant notification permissions on your device
• We will send alerts when fuel prices drop at your favourite stations
• You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app

2.5 Usage Data

Fuel Daddy may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app, such as:

• App crashes and errors
• Features used
• General geographic region (not precise location)

2.6 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification (name, email, phone number)
• Payment information
• Contacts or photos
• Browsing history outside the app

Website & mobile app:

• Apple MapKit: for displaying maps (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)
• State Government Fuel Data: for fuel price information

Mobile app only:

• Apple In-App Purchases: for processing Premium subscriptions (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs): for price-drop alerts (Premium only)

7. Children's Privacy

Fuel Daddy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Deny or revoke location permissions
• Disable push notifications in device settings or app settings
• Delete the app and all locally stored data
• Cancel your Fuel Daddy Premium subscription at any time through the App Store

To delete all data: Simply delete the app from your device. All locally stored data - your fuel records and preferences - will be permanently removed.
